If the first popup used the wrong format, Shopify says to close it, choose the correct label size from the dropdown, and click Print shipping labels again. This preserves the original document better than scaling a screenshot.
Choose the same Letter or A4 paper in the system print dialog and inspect the preview. Do not stretch a 4×6 barcode to fill the whole sheet or crop active content simply to center it.
