Set the driver to 4×6 stock
Confirm the system printer settings and print dialog both use 4×6 inch media. If either layer uses Letter, A4 or a generic label, the output can shrink or crop.
Check the source PDF page size
A Letter/A4 PDF may contain the shipping label on a larger page. Do not fit that entire page onto one thermal label; extract the label area if needed.
Run printer calibration
If size is right but feeding or position is wrong, recalibrate the label gap and reload the roll before changing marketplace label settings.
Measure before live batches
Print a blank template and one live label, then measure the boundary and inspect the barcode before printing a batch.
Source notes
This page is a practical print-setting checklist, not official carrier policy or a promise that a label will be accepted.
Confirm the current format in your platform or carrier account, keep the original PDF, and stop if a test print is cropped, blurred or incorrectly scaled.
Troubleshooting advice is general. Record the printer model, paper size, PDF viewer and scale setting so you can verify each change.
